- Campur Bahan A, ulen hingga ¾ kalis.
- Tambahkan Bahan C, ulen kembali asal tercampur rata.
- Bulatkan adonan, proofing 30-45 menit atau hingga mengembang 2x lipat.
- Kempiskan adonan, lalu bagi sama rata (saya @45 gr) lalu bulatkan.
- Proofing kembali ± 30 menit, lubangi tengahnya lalu goreng dg minyak panas api kecil hingga matang. Balik sekali saja agar tidak banyak menyerap minyak.
