  4. Kempiskan adonan, lalu bagi sama rata (saya @45 gr) lalu bulatkan.
  5. Proofing kembali ± 30 menit, lubangi tengahnya lalu goreng dg minyak panas api kecil hingga matang. Balik sekali saja agar tidak banyak menyerap minyak.
